I love my new bag and it's beautiful interchangeable straps. The bag is very high quality and it fits in a lot. I have used it every day since buying it. Customer service is amazing. I had a little issue with the delivery of an additional strap and they dealt with it very quickly and professionally. I have already order another bag in a different colour and straps. I would highly recommend this company.
