Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! We offer free shipping to orders over £100.
How long does shipping take?
We try our best to send out all orders before 10am Monday to Friday that same day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which makes sure to get your products to you within 2-3 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, you’ll need to act quickly. We ship out our orders as quickly as possible to get them to you as quickly as possible. So if you make a mistake in your order, contact our customer service at hello@sofiaandspritz.com as soon as you can with your order number and if we can get to the order before it gets sent out, we will do all we can!

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on our shipping partner's website.
What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?
Not to worry - if you email us as soon as possible at hello@sofiaandspritz.com we can see if we can change it before our fulfilment team process it. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so the sooner you let us know the better our chances of adjusting it for you.
We use Royal Mail TRACKED 48 to ship out all of our products. We find them to be very reliable and trustworthy, and with great tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right no unfortunately not. We are only shipping to the UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland), including Inverness, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. Please do email us and let us know where you live and if there’s enough demand we can start to ship internationally!
I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I do?
Sorry to hear that - if you think you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your spam/junk as it might have ended up there. If you still can’t see anything, please contact our customer service at hello@sofiaandspritz.com with your full name and email you ordered with, and we will be able to locate your order and re-send the confirmation over to you.
My package shows delivered, but I am yet to receive it?
Occasionally, carriers might prematurely mark a package as delivered or put it in a safe place. Please track your package from the tracking number provided in your shipping email for more information on where it could be. If it still doesn’t show up within a day, please contact us, so we may sort it out and help you find it.
