Hassle-Free Returns – 100 Days to Change Your Mind
We want you to be 100% happy with your Sofia & Spritz purchase. That’s why we offer a no-hassle return policy with 100 days to decide.
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 100 days of delivery, no questions asked — as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
What Needs to Be Returned:
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the item is returned with:

All original packaging and stuffing

Sofia & Spritz tag attached

Protective coverings on hardware and zippers

Any free gifts (straps, purse, cardholder, etc.) included with your order
Return Shipping
We’ll provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label to make it easy.
A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
Please note:

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label

Returns sent using a different courier or label will not be accepted

You must contact us first to arrange a return. We will not accept returns sent to us without our knowledge.

Pack & Send: Return the item in its original condition with all included items & free gifts
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
The amount refunded will be your full purchase price minus £4 for the return label.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, email hello@sofiaandspritz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Keep all packaging — we’ll make it right.
1-Year Warranty
All Sofia & Spritz products are covered by a 365-day warranty. We stand by the craftsmanship of our bags — and if something goes wrong, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
What’s Covered:
We’ll replace or repair your item free of charge if you experience issues related to:

Stitching coming apart

Broken zippers

Faulty hardware (e.g., clips, buckles, rings)

Strap damage caused by manufacturing defects
These issues must occur under normal usage conditions and not as a result of misuse or general wear and tear.
What’s Not Covered:

General wear and tear from regular use

Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or unauthorised repairs

Cosmetic issues caused by scratches, water damage, or storage conditions
