Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-sale items. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in a saleable condition, including:

  • All original packaging and stuffing in the product.
  • The Sofia & Spritz tag attached.
  • Protective coverings on all hardware and zippers.
  • Any free gifts received with the product (this may include strap/s, purse, cardholder)

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt under the same conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, charged at £4.00. We will generate you a returns label with Royal Mail with a tracking number, and once the item is received on our end, please wait 10 business days for us to process the refund. We will refund the amount paid minus the £4.00 cost of the return. If you use another means to return your item other, than the pre-paid Royal Mail label we send, we will not issue a refund.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorisation

    Email hello@sofiaandspritz.com to start the returns process. Once our customer service team have accepted your return is valid and within 30 days of purchase, will will provide you with a pre-paid return label with courier Royal Mail.

  2. Return Timeline

    Items must be returned within 10 days from the date the return label is issued. Returns sent using a different courier or tracking will not be accepted.

  3. Condition of Items

    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Any free gifts received with the purchase must also be included (any free straps, cardholders, purses).

  4. Refund Processing

    Once a quality check has been performed and accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in good condition. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund after it has been issued. The amount you paid in full will be refunded minus £4.00 to cover the postage cost.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at hello@sofiaandspritz.com within 7 days of receipt. Ensure you keep all packaging and provide photographic evidence of the damage or missing items for us to process a replacement or refund.

We are unable to accept damaged or incomplete claims without photographic evidence or if the packaging/documentation has been discarded.

Warranty

All Sofia & Spritz products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Issues with stitching, zippers, hardware, or straps under normal usage conditions.

What’s Not Covered:

  • General wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
