Delivery Terms

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 working hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

If there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sofiaandspritz.com, and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Guide — UK Orders

• Free UK Shipping: Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery
• Standard UK Delivery: £3.95 for orders under £100, delivered via a 48-hour tracked Royal Mail service
• Next Business Day Delivery: £5.95, available via a 24-hour tracked Royal Mail service

While most orders arrive within 2-3 working days, external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us about a delivery issue.

We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, and the USA.

• USA: $8.95

All international orders are shipped duties paid — there are no surprise customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.
