Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking link along with status updates, after your order ships. We will also send you shipment updates as your package gets near. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@sofiaandspritz.com.

Are there any offers for first-time buyers?

Absolutely! With every Lyla crossbody bag you buy, you get to choose 2 FREE straps, a FREE tassel keyring and to choose a FREE purse or card holder. Not to mention you get a complementary Sofia & Spritz dust bag for storage.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping to orders over £100.

How long does shipping take?

We try our best to send out all orders before 10am Monday to Friday that same day. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which makes sure to get your products to you within 2-3 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, you’ll need to act quickly. We ship out our orders as quickly as possible to get them to you as quickly as possible. So if you make a mistake in your order, contact our customer service at hello@sofiaandspritz.com as soon as you can with your order number and if we can get to the order before it gets sent out, we will do all we can!

Where do you deliver to?

We ship all across the UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland), including Inverness, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. If you’re unsure if we ship to your postcode, email us at hello@sofiaandspritz.com. We look forward to offering worldwide shipping options soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on our shipping partner's website.

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

Not to worry - if you email us as soon as possible at hello@sofiaandspritz.com we can see if we can change it before our fulfilment team process it. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so the sooner you let us know the better our chances of adjusting it for you.

What courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail TRACKED 48 to ship out all of our products. We find them to be very reliable and trustworthy, and with great tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right no unfortunately not. We are only shipping to the UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland), including Inverness, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. Please do email us and let us know where you live and if there’s enough demand we can start to ship internationally!

I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I do?

Sorry to hear that - if you think you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your spam/junk as it might have ended up there. If you still can’t see anything, please contact our customer service at hello@sofiaandspritz.com with your full name and email you ordered with, and we will be able to locate your order and re-send the confirmation over to you.

My package shows delivered, but I am yet to receive it?

Occasionally, carriers might prematurely mark a package as delivered or put it in a safe place. Please track your package from the tracking number provided in your shipping email for more information on where it could be. If it still doesn’t show up within a day, please contact us, so we may sort it out and help you find it.

What materials are your bags made of?

Our crossbody bags are crafted from high-quality, durable materials. The bag itself is full-grain leather, and the inside lining is a premium water-resistant fabric, ensuring easy cleaning but still delivering a luxury feel.

Is the bag adjustable for different body types?

Yes, the straps on our crossbody bags are fully adjustable to suit various body shapes and preferences, providing a comfortable fit for everyone. Wear them short, medium or long - however you want!

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes! Every product comes with a 365-day warranty, so if there are any issues with your bag, let us know, and we can help sort a fixture or replacement. Please note that general wear and tear is not covered by the product warranty.

How much can I fit in the bag?

Our crossbody bags are designed to be compact yet spacious, comfortably holding all essentials like any phone, wallet/purse, keys, sunglasses, and essential make-up.

Is the bag lightweight for everyday use?

Absolutely! Our bags are designed to be lightweight and easy to carry, making them perfect for all-day wear without causing discomfort.

Can I purchase additional straps separately?

Yes! Additional straps in various colours and styles are available for purchase separately, so you can expand your collection.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

We do not have pre-orders at this time. If you'd like to be notified once the item is restocked, we would encourage you to sign up for our restock notifications. You can do so by clicking on the "Notify Me When Available" under that specific product/size and you'll get an email notification as soon as inventory comes in for that item.

Are your bags secure?

Yes, our bags feature secure closures, including internal and external zippers, to keep your belongings safe and easily accessible.

Can your bags be used for both casual & formal occasions?

Definitely! Our crossbody bags are versatile in design, suitable for both casual outings and more formal events, making them a timeless accessory. And don’t forget you can change the straps for a more casual or formal look in seconds!

How should I care for and clean my leather product/s?

When dirty, give your leather bag a quick wipe with a soft dry cloth. If necessary, you can use some leather cleansing cream or a small amount of water. Let water spills dry naturally. For more information please see our Leather Care Guide.

What packaging do your bags arrive in?

All of our crossbody bags arrive in a FREE Sofia & Spritz cotton dust bag, to ensure it is kept safe in transit and in your wardrobe forever more!

I want to exchange an item but the size/colour is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/colour?

Yes, absolutely! Please reach out to our customer service team if your desired item is out of stock.

How often are items re-stocked?

We work to restock core products often. Seasonal items will not restock as frequently. Signing up for that restock alert will ensure you don't miss this product when it's available again.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a hassle-free 100-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your bag for a refund or replacement.
Please see our return policy for full details. Please also note personalised items are non-refundable.

Can I return a personalised product?

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised or engraved. Please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower-case letters when adding personalisation to your order as we will personalise exactly what is entered.

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Just email us at hello@sofiaandspritz.com within 100 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail return label. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange. A £4 fee will be deducted from refunds to cover return postage.

My exchange preference items are out of stock?

Sorry to hear this! You can email our customer service support and ask if we have a plan to re-stock your preferred item soon, however, if not you will be advised to either choose a refund or opt for a different exchange item.

I have received a faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received an item in a less than perfect condition. Please email us at hello@sofiaandspritz.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage/faults on the item and we will provide appropriate instructions to get it sorted quickly for you.

Discounts & Offers

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

Where do I apply my discount code?

From our website, under Checkout there will be a section labeled "Show Order Summary". You'll want to expand that (if you're on a mobile device) and enter the promo code you have under Discount Code.

My discount code is not working, can you help me?

Please make sure the discount code you’ve entered is valid for the items in your cart. Then if you’re still having an issue, please send over a screenshot of the discount code to our customer service team via email at hello@sofiaandspritz.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

Does my discount code have exclusions?

Discount codes cannot be used on sale and clearance items. Discounts are limited to one per order.

Where do I choose my free straps & purse?

You can either add them on the product page when you choose your bag colour, or once you’ve added to cart, the options for your free gifts will also show up there for you to choose from.

I forgot to apply a discount code. Can you help me?

Don’t worry it happens! Contact us directly at hello@sofiaandspritz.com with the promo code you forgot to apply and if it is still valid, we will see if we can refund it for you.
